Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise,  in its original condition and packaging for a full refund with a minimum 25% restocking fee, or exchange of the product's actual purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping we paid may reduce your refund. Customer is responsible for all return costs.  Please call us for a Return Authorization number. We will make arrangements to exchange or refund the merchandise.
